1. Refund Policy
· We operate a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy except when the goods you receive are different from what you ordered on our website or are defective or damaged.
- If you have received or benefited from free samples before purchasing, refunds are strictly not allowed since product quality has already been verified.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any opened, used, or tampered diaper packs. The package has to be in its original shape and must be in a condition that it can be sold again.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only allowed for size issues (e.g., wrong size purchased).
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges associated with size exchanges.
- All exchanges are subject to availability and prior approval by our support team.
3. Complaints and Quality Concerns
- In case of any complaint or product concern, the customer must bring the item to our office in person. Along with proof of issue (e.g., photos, video).
- Our team will then assess the case and guide you through the next steps based on our quality assurance policy.
- The refunds will only be made for the product and delivery charges will be deducted.
