At KOOBOO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high‑quality baby diapers/pants carefully tested for comfort and reliability. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy

·         We operate a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy except when the goods you receive are different from what you ordered on our website or are defective or damaged.

  • If you have received or benefited from free samples before purchasing, refunds are strictly not allowed since product quality has already been verified.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any opened, used, or tampered diaper packs. The package has to be in its original shape and must be in a condition that it can be sold again.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues (e.g., wrong size purchased).
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges associated with size exchanges.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability and prior approval by our support team.

3. Complaints and Quality Concerns

  • In case of any complaint or product concern, the customer must bring the item to our office in person. Along with proof of issue (e.g., photos, video).
  • Our team will then assess the case and guide you through the next steps based on our quality assurance policy.
  • The refunds will only be made for the product and delivery charges will be deducted.
